Entering Students

Students are selected based solely on financial need and motivation.  Prospective students must complete an application which is available through SPA high schools, their eighth grade guidance counselor or through the SPA office. 

For  the school year 2010-2011, the deadline will be February  15, 2010.  Students who meet the financial need requirements  will be invited to a personal interview, along with their parent or guardian, conducted by SPA staff at the participating school. Students must be willing  to participate in SPA programs and adhere to its policies and guidelines which include communication with the student's sponsoring partner and strong commitment to academic and personal achievement.  Students will be notified of their acceptance into the program after the interview process has been completed.
